As i sit in this pathetic excuse for a dining room, i am shocked by the stupidity that comes from my living room. "Oh, no, Rob's gonna win," (I'm not even playing) "scoreboard", "What is there a monkey in my future? Wait, i got tweestered!" These are the retarded mutterings I partake in and have to deal with pretty much every day.
Mario Party features characters from all of Mario's games, that are meant to fight against each other in menial tasks such as, Dusting a House, Walking the Dog, and Balancing a Checkbook. This "mini-game" and dice rolling adventure is aimed at a target age audience of 5+. So why do college students play it? We are all 19+ and have beer in our fridges, can't we find something better to do then sit around and play a child's game. No, which is why this game grinds my gears. It is making our college years terrible. It is a stressful game that is lowering my intelligence while attending this 50 thousand dollar a year university.
This game sucks and for some reason there have been 8 different versions, as if people actually like this game. At this point I think we play this game out of habit, not for pleasure. It should never have been made, or at least 8 different versions.
